She doesn’t remember, her entire memory had been altered to only visualize darkness instead of their past life. Much like their wizarding duels, Hermione was usually the quickest to respond but this time, Draco got to her before she could. Almost as if he were anticipating that moment, and it was’t a wizard’s duel but the end of a relationship. He looks at her, still baffled. It was like waking up from a blackout, nothing could be remembered—nothing could be recovered. He had pressed erase and all of those memories faded into nothing. That’s what their relationship is now, nothing.
